UPPER FLOOR
The principal suite & a guest suite
The principal suite has a super king-size bed, lounge seating, dressing room and private terrace with loungers. Its bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower and freestanding bath. The second suite has a king-size bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
GROUND FLOOR
Three guest suites
Three king-size bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
A flexible sixth suite
Two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The whole-villa guest capacity remains twelve.

Christmas and New Year together: €63,000 for 14 nights, our preferred festive stay. Longer stays are welcome, throughout the quieter months. August stays shorter than fourteen nights are considered only for gaps between bookings. Dates outside this rate card are quoted personally.

Before you arrive.
Is the entire villa private?
Yes. Rockwood is offered as a whole-villa rental for up to 12 guests, with six en-suite bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, cinema, gym and spaces to dine together.
Can I book instantly?
Send us your dates through the enquiry form. We confirm availability and the final quotation directly with you before a reservation is agreed. Prices shown here do not guarantee availability. Your quotation will set out the rental, any additional services, payment schedule, security deposit and cancellation terms before you commit.
What is the minimum stay?
Most stays are a minimum of seven nights. August has a fourteen-night minimum. For Christmas and New Year, a combined fourteen-night stay is preferred. Ask us about shorter or extended stays.
Are a chef and driver included?
Chef services, drivers, golf arrangements and other experiences can be discussed with Felicity. They are optional, subject to availability and quoted separately from the villa rental.
Will the bedrooms suit our group?
There are two suites upstairs, three on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor. Bed sizes and terrace access are described above. Tell us about separate-bed requirements, children or mobility needs so we can check suitability with you before booking.
Can I enquire for 2027?
Yes. Select your preferred dates and send an enquiry. Apart from the New Year week ending 3 January, 2027 prices will be quoted personally.
